I love dark colors and I had to have this color. I love how Iconoclast looks different inside and outside. The mica shimmer is very cool. This color goes with any outfit!

But I don't. I don't think I will order anymore polishes from RBL if they aren't cremes. I love RBL creme's but I am continually disappointed by these colors purported to have shimmer in them. Where's the shimmer? I see none. My nails look dusty, even in the sun. I am unenthused.

This black polish is the first and last black polish I will ever try. I am absolutely in love with it. It is so complex with the subtle sparkle and the deep color. My favorite polish in my collection!

Remember when you were a rebellious teen and wore black nail polish? It made the point you wanted it to, but somehow it felt cartoony and unkempt. Iconoclast is how you wanted your black nail polish to look. It's the sophisticated air you desired, the "too cool for school" impression you wanted to convey to the world.
And in the sunlight it sparkles with the laughter you have inside when you think back on sticking it to the man at 16!

I literally cannot stop looking at my nails. I love this polish. When I originally received it, I thought just another black, but its so not! The subtle shimmer is amazing, especially in the sun. Super chic! <3 it!

This not-your-typical black polish is definitely beautiful! Lovely shimmer, decidedly different. I don't like black polish on my nails (I prefer dark navy or dark burgundy) but it looks so chic on my toes! Definitely would fit in with a conservative office during these summer months of open toe shoes. It is definitely more sophisticated looking than just regular flat black. Formula applies wonderful and wears well as usual. If you've got 'goth' friends, they'd love to get their hands on this one.

I just applied this polish last night, and I have to say this color is HOT! Like a reviewer below, I don't normally wear black polish even though I love vampy colors, just because I felt black may look too harsh on me. But I've changed my mind, I think this black polish can look great with any skintone! This black is decadent, is richly pigmented, applies perfectly smooth and dries to a high gloss finish. I was afraid at first that the color would read 'blueish' against my warm skintone, but happily it does not. The subtle 'secret shimmer' gives this polish a beautiful dimension that makes it so sophisticated and luxurious. I feel fabulous and sexy wearing it, and my hubby actually likes it, even though his preference is normally for colors like 'Om' and 'Smitten'. This is definitely back-up worthy in my opinion!

I saved this for last mostly because I wasn't sure I would love it. I've never purchased a black polish before which is weird since I love dark vampy colors. So glad I got this. Its black and not black at the same time. The shimmer adds a totally new dimension to just plain black. Looks ridiculously hot with top coat. Thinking whether or not I should get a backup. Only issue was that the edge of my brush was cut at a weird angle. Unusual for rbl but nothing I couldn't work with. Buy it Now!

Another polish of the four spring colors that was love at first sight! It is black and it is not! It applies perfectly, it's super pigmented, with micro shimmer (pink and turquoise) diffused through it. It's a ravishingly sexy and unusual color for spring. I 'd better get another bottle before it vanishes.

I've got bottles and bottles of black polish....but none quite like this! Diffused through the pretty shimmer, the color is somehow softer yet glossier. This is a really stunning and unusual black polish!
