Teal is utter perfection. It has so much depth, it reminds me of that dark blue/green at the bottom of the sea.. I'm completely smitten with Teal, if you are on the fence, just buy it, you will not be disappointed!

Teal - perfect Teal - perfect. Don't think about it, just get it! It really is a gorgeous cream that doesn't want to be blue, doesn't want to be black, doesn't want to be green. It IS Teal.

Reviewer: Michele (Alexandria, VA)

I have no idea why I waited so long to order this beauty. It is the perfect shade of teal, not too blue, not too green. And the pigmentation is amazing, full coverage in one coat, although I did use two. I can't stop staring at my nails!

This sophisticated creamy dusty dark Teal reminds me of the teal velvet I've always loved wearing in the fall and Plumage--one of my favorite eyeshadows from MAC. Opaque in one coat, it goes on smoothly and the formula isn't watery or super-thick. I used the treatment formula over a base of Sally Hansen nail strenghtener (I *need* that) and my nails turned out perfect. I see this color working best on fair skin and dark skin with red undertones like mine (NW43+). Defintely need a backup bottle I see using this color and Bruised a lot this fall.

Applies like a dream, and is opaque in just one coat! The shade really is the perfect teal, not too faded but vibrant, and not too green. This was the 7th shade of RBL that I purchased, and with it RBL got bumped to my number 1 spot of favorite polishes when it comes to formula and wear.

5 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 5 perfect for winter, 11.13.2010
Reviewer: Anna (Portland, ME)

I have fair skin, so this is the perfect gem tone for me to wear when I get all pale and pasty in the winter months. If you're trying to envision it, just imagine the teal in the Bold Crayola markers. Almost exactly the same shade.

I bought this color on a whim, and I absolutely love it. While I used the awesome sale opportunity to stock up on multiple bottles of Stormy, I found myself unable to use my lovely Stormy first, even though I'd been missing it so much! Teal is absolutely gorgeous, dark, and smoky. It's far from just a chirpy blue-green -- it has depth and a moody, smoky, greyed-out undertone that is absolutely perfect. Dark, but still a bright color. I really NEVER thought something could unseat Stormy as my #1, but Teal might have done this... It's sophisticated while still being incredibly edgy, and I feel like it's a grown-up version of blues/greens that can be comfortably worn to the office.

Reviewer: Kristina, lover of polish (St Louis, MO)

I just swatched my new bottle of Teal and Black Russian side by side. My Teal polish looks like medium dark, jewel-toned teal, not black. Perhaps in extremely low lighting it might look black, but not in normal lighting. It goes on perfectly and is gorgeous for the fall/winter season! I love it!

1 out of 51 out of 51 out of 51 out of 51 out of 5 Too dark., 5.22.2010
Reviewer: Jen (Chicago, IL)

Much darker than I expected and I also ordered in December and received in April. I do think this was a bad batch, and this experience of waiting so long only to be disappointed by what I received really makes me think I may not buy RBL polishes again.
