This is the best book on nails I have ever read! So much good, basic, usable information that really works! Thanks Ji for sharing with all of us! The part on "nail-biters anonymous" soaking in warm olive oil is an excellent treatment for very dry skin around the nail too. I have a bad habit of picking skin when I watch TV. I started knitting again after many years & find that diversion keeps me from picking skin! Just wanted to share with everyone.

I checked this book out at my local library. Read it in 2 days. For a super at-home manicure/pedicure, this is a must read. Fun and informative. I plan to purchase the book.

I actually had the privilage of reading this while my nails dried at Rescue Beauty Salon this past tuesday. What a fantastic find this book is. So many great tips ( parden the pun)
If yku are someone who gets manicures regularly this will show you how to do it yourself.
If you are someone who does your own nails this book will teach you how to do it expertly.
Btw...if you are in nyc go to the salon.nit is like a religious experience

This is an excellent book. The quality of my manicures has really increased since I've used the tips in this book, which I received in conjunction with the Treatment System, which is also excellent. I'm going to recommend the nail biters' program for my colleague, who has struggled all her life. I think that it will be very helpful for her as well.

I read this book in one sitting and enjoyed it immensely! Then I came over to this website and started ordering up polish like crazy.
Ji is a self proclaimed germaphobe with perfectionist tendencies....there's nobody better to take advice from! LOVED IT!

This book tells EVERYTHING needed to know in order to get salon-perfect hands and nails (feet & toenails too) at home. It is inspiring & accessible at the same time. And thank you, Ji, for the great idea on using face creams for the hands. I have several jars that aren't quite right for my face (too perfumey, too heavy) but my hands LOVE them and have never been softer!!
