I love this color. Unexpectedly edgy. Is it brown or purple? Don't know but whichever it is, it is gorgeous. I work for a think-tank and found that it is a color that can go from my conservative days into my not-so-conservative nights. Often times trendier colors tend to come off a bit too bold and borderline obnoxious. Bruised is the perfect marriage of high fashion and elegant style.

I've had Bruised on my list of colors to nab for several years now. I'm not sure why I was drawn to this cream. It's certainly not my usual choice. But there was something different about this color and I am glad that I FINALLY have it. When I saw the bottle, I worried that the color would be a little too "old" for me but it's surprisingly adaptable, in my opinion. Application was amazing. Wear was pretty good, but not as good as some other Rescue Beauty Lounge colors I have. You won't be dissapointed!

This is a great color for spring and summer and lovely in fall and winter. I am pale skinned with a warm undertone. I just love RB goes on great and it is a conversation starter.

I love this color, but I'm constantly trying to decide WHAT color it is. That alone makes it very wearable, a great fall/winter staple color, and neutral enough to be very daytime work appropriate, even in conservative offices.
