Return Policy:

All products guaranteed from manufacturer's defect.

If you believe a product was shipped in error from Rescue Beauty Lounge, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact us via e-mail customerservice@rescuebeauty.com to resolve the problem.

Before returning any product, email us the, return tracking number.

Rescue Beauty Lounge must receive the merchandise within 14 days from the date the item is shipped to you. Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.

Returns should be sent by Secure Mail so they can be tracked. No Refunds. No exchange. Online store credit only. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Currently Rescue Beauty Lounge ships all standard domestic orders via FedEx Ground. All standard orders should be received within 10 business days. Any order being shipped to a PO Box will be shipped via the US Postal Service. All prices and services are subject to change without notice.
