If you believe a product was shipped in error from Rescue Beauty Lounge, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve the problem.
Before returning any product, email us the, return tracking number.
Rescue Beauty Lounge must receive the merchandise within 14 days from the date the item is shipped to you. Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
Returns should be sent by Secure Mail so they can be tracked. No Refunds. No exchange. Online store credit only. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Currently Rescue Beauty Lounge ships all standard domestic orders via USPS. All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days then received within 3-5 business days.
